Welcome to Questcade. These Terms of Use explain the rules for using the Questcade app and website.

1. About Questcade

Questcade is a casual entertainment and brain-game app that may include puzzles, challenges, hints, streaks, rewards, and daily quests.

2. Entertainment only

Questcade is provided for entertainment purposes. The app does not provide gambling, betting, financial products, or real-money rewards.

3. In-app progress and rewards

Questcade may include points, streaks, hints, unlocks, badges, rewards, or other progress features. These are for entertainment only, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for money.

4. Ads and rewarded ads

Questcade may show ads. Some ads may be optional rewarded ads. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, you may receive an in-app benefit such as a hint, unlock, extra attempt, or doubled reward after the ad is completed.

Ad availability is not guaranteed. If an ad fails to load or complete, the reward may not be granted.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the app or website.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt Questcade.
  • Use bots, automation, or cheats to manipulate rewards, streaks, or progress.
  • Use Questcade in a way that violates laws or app store rules.

6. App availability

We may update, change, pause, or discontinue any part of Questcade at any time. Features may change as the app develops.

7. No warranties

Questcade is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Questcade and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or website.
